TBS considers that a customer who wishes to return his product should be able to do so simply. That's why you can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Everything is taken care of and you just have to make a return request in "My Account" then "My returns". You will receive your return label by email.

Then enter your order number, return number on your package, add the product to be returned and finally stick the prepaid label on the packaging.

We only issue refunds, not exchanges.

Return and refund conditions

1- Deadline
Regardless of the withdrawal period mentioned above, the CUSTOMER has a period of 30 clear days from the date of receipt of the order to return the item(s) that do not suit him, excluding products that have subject to personalization and subject to compliance with the conditions set out below.

2- Return conditions
Any return request must be made via the "Your returns" section of the CUSTOMER account within 30 days of receipt of the order, by following the steps below:

Formulate a return request by selecting the number, the order date and the product(s) he wishes to return.
Validate your return request.
The CUSTOMER will then receive by email a return number and a return label to affix to the package. The label allows you to pay no return costs.

3- Condition of the products
All returned products (shoes, clothing, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be new, unused and in their original box intact and without writing.
Upon receipt of the package, TBS will judge the condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the CUSTOMER and this use or damage renders the product unfit for sale.

4- Refund of returns
In the event of a return complying with the conditions mentioned above, TBS will reimburse the returned products no later than 30 days following the return of the goods. This refund will be made by transfer to the CLIENT's bank account. We only do refunds, not exchanges.

5- Refund of shipping costs
TBS will reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the CUSTOMER if the latter has previously requested a return from the TBS CUSTOMER service and the order is returned to TBS, (Web Customer Service, SAINT PIERRE MONTLIMART, 49111 Cedex) in its entirety and within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Reimbursement of return costs will also be borne by TBS when the CLIENT returns one or more products that have been the subject of sales or promotions.
